Elmasonic Med is the ultrasonic cleaning device for the standard-compliant pre-cleaning of medical devices – safe, powerful, and MDR-compliant. Five ultrasonic modes, storable programs, and an adjustable temperature limit to protect against protein denaturation ensure reliable cleaning and legally compliant processes. Ideal for practices, clinics, and laboratories.

Operating Modes

Dynamic Mode

Achieving an optimal blend of powerful cleaning effectiveness and homogeneously distributed mechanical cleaning action.

Eco Mode

Gentle cleaning that is remarkably quiet and energy-efficient, ensuring a longer appliance life.

Sweep Mode

Uniform cleaning through uniform sound field distribution in the ultrasonic bath.

Pulse Mode

Removal of even stubborn dirt through pulsating sound field distribution.

Degas Mode

Gentle cleaning that is remarkably quiet and energy-efficient, ensuring a longer appliance life.

Description

Elmasonic Med is a programmable ultrasonic cleaning device for MDR-compliant applications. With 4 customizable programs, pre-validated parameters can be called up at the touch of a button. An adjustable temperature limit provides additional protection against operating errors to prevent protein denaturation due to excessive temperatures. With a total of 5 ultrasonic modes, the cleaning process can be individually adapted to different requirements in addition to preparing the ultrasonic bath.

Operating instructions

Note: Cleaning baskets and other accessories are available as optional extras. Items to be cleaned must not be placed directly on the bottom of the tub, as this may cause damage.
