Application as a student
The application process at Elma consists of several steps. Our goal is to make the process transparent and to provide the applicant with quick feedback. You can submit your application directly online and will receive an immediate confirmation of receipt via email. Once we have received your application, it will be reviewed by our HR department, and we will then inform you about possible next steps accordingly. Generally, we advertise all open positions. If you do not find a suitable advertised position but would still like to apply to us, you can take the opportunity to submit an unsolicited application. To help us find a suitable assignment for you, we recommend specifying your desired area of work and possible tasks as precisely as possible.
Onboarding and Mentoring
To ensure you feel welcomed from the very start, we accompany you from day one with a structured onboarding process. You will get to know your new colleagues, our corporate culture, and all important processes – step by step and without pressure.
A personal mentor will support you in the first few months, answer your questions, and help you settle in quickly. This way, you become part of the team and quickly find your way not only professionally but also personally.
