The measurement data produced by Elmasense Cavicheck is automatically transferred to the Elma Hub via NFC, evaluated, and issued as a standards-compliant certificate. The device qualification is based on real cavitation measurement data in accordance with IEC/TS 63001:2024 and therefore meets the requirements of common quality standards for measurement, evaluation, and documentation.

Step 01Positioning & measuring

Use the lifter to position Cavicheck securely in the ultrasonic bath. Cavitation measurement data is collected automatically. If the LED lights up green, the cavitation power is sufficient.

Step 02 Transfer data

Cavitation measurement data can be transmitted to the Elma Hub in encrypted form via NFC. No app is required for this.

Schritt 03 Evaluate & Certify

All measurements are available for review in the Elma Hub. With just one click, you can generate a standards-compliant certificate—ready for your quality management system or your next audit.

All basic Cavicheck functions are available for free in the Elma Hub.

Description

Elmasense Cavicheck is a compact measuring device for qualifying cavitation in ultrasonic baths. The Cavicheck Lifter is used to position the Elmasense Cavicheck securely in the ultrasonic bath. The measurement then runs automatically. The Elmasense Cavicheck uses ultrasonic energy as its energy source. An LED display shows the current cavitation power. The measured data can be analysed and documented via our digital portal, the “Elma Hub”. Note: Suitable for all Elmasonic ultrasonic benchtop and floor-standing units (Not suitable for: tanks smaller than 30 liters, side-emitting units, or multi-chamber cleaning systems). Use in ultrasonic baths from other manufacturers is possible but is the user’s responsibility.
