Different ways to operate
With basket
The cleaning basket is the standard solution for many applications. It keeps the parts away from the bottom of the tank and allows for uniform sound distribution. This ensures that workpieces are cleaned gently and efficiently.
With mount
In the ultrasonic bath, microscopic bubbles are created due to the alternating sound overpressure and underpressure, which expand and then collapse. Cavitation occurs in two forms: stable and transient cavitation.
Free
Individual parts such as glasses can be manually submerged or held during the cleaning process. They must not touch the bottom of the tank and must be completely surrounded by the cleaning medium.
