The application process at Elma consists of several steps. Our goal is to make the process transparent and to provide applicants with quick feedback. You can send your application directly to us online and will receive a confirmation of receipt via email. Once we have received your application, it will be reviewed by our HR department, and we will then inform you about possible next steps accordingly.
In principle, we advertise all open positions. If you cannot find a suitable advertised position but would still like to apply to us, you can take the opportunity for a speculative application. To find a suitable position for you, we recommend that you specify your desired area of work and possible tasks as accurately as possible.
In principle, we value a quick, transparent, and appreciative application process. This way, you are always informed about the current status and the respective touchpoints as well as our proposed timeline.
We get to know each other digitally or in person, and you receive firsthand information about Elma, our company history, and the business areas, as well as about the role and our culture. We place importance on a dialogue and exchange on equal footing.

Insights into the working environment and future setting are also included. We take our time for this, and a holistic view of the individual is important to us; therefore, we also use the PI method (Predictive Index) for selected positions.
Depending on the position, there may also be further exchanges to get to know our management. At the end of the application process, the finalization of the employment contract takes place, and then it’s: Welcome aboard the Elma ship!
