As part of career or study orientation within the framework of OIB (Orientation in Occupational Fields), BORS (Career Orientation Secondary School) or BOGY (Career Orientation High Schools). Application as a student or pupil

The application process at Elma consists of several steps. Our goal is to make the process transparent and to provide candidates with quick feedback. You can submit your application directly online, and you will receive a confirmation of receipt via email. Once we have received your application, it will be reviewed by our HR department, and we will inform you about possible next steps accordingly.

In principle, we advertise all open positions. If you do not find a suitable advertised position but still wish to apply, you can take the opportunity for a speculative application. To help us find a suitable placement for you, we recommend that you specify your desired area of activity and possible task fields as accurately as possible.

Onboarding and Mentoring

To ensure that you feel welcome from the very beginning, we will accompany you from day one with a structured onboarding process. You will get to know your new colleagues, our corporate culture, and all important procedures – step by step and without pressure.
