Elmasystem Neo is the customized solution for ATEX-compliant cleaning and immersion systems that use flammable solvents such as acetone, IPA, or ethanol. With over 30 years of experience, Elma designs safe and efficient systems for industrial parts cleaning, rinsing and drying processes, and the final cleaning of medical implants. The closed-loop solvent circuit with integrated distillation enables cost-effective processes such as cleaning, rinsing, and drying while ensuring a high level of process reliability. Modern control and monitoring systems, along with compliance with CE, ATEX, and FM Global standards, ensure reliable and safe operation.


Components:

  • Exhaust system with monitoring.
  • Free-board cooling to reduce solvent losses.
  • Indirect heating or cooling of the process chambers.
  • Gas detection system (20% LEL or 40% LEL) for reliable monitoring.
  • Extinguishing system for maximum operational safety.
  • Nitrogen purging of the ultrasonic systems to prevent ignition sources.
  • Intrinsically safe electrical circuits for standard-compliant and safe system control.
