The Elmasonic Xtra is the powerhouse among ultrasonic cleaning devices – developed for the highest demands in workshops and industry. With its robust stainless steel construction and enormous cleaning power, it reliably and quickly removes even the most stubborn dirt. The Xtra series stands for efficiency, durability, and uncompromising cleanliness—made by Elma.

The welded, cavitation-resistant stainless steel tank withstands even extreme continuous loads. A 3-year warranty on the tank (in single-shift operation) and 2 years on the device underline its high reliability.

The powerful ultrasonic transducers and robust 37 kHz technology generate uniform, deep cavitation throughout the entire bath. Even stubborn oil, grease, and polishing agent residues are reliably removed. Optimized sound distribution ensures reproducible cleaning results—even with complex geometries and demanding industrial contamination.

Description

Elmasonic Xtra is an ultrasonic device for intensive continuous use. It combines reliable Elma ultrasonic technology with simple operation and robust design. In addition to its particularly thick, welded stainless steel tank, the Elmasonic Xtra has also been developed with dry-run protection and an automatic shut-off after 8 hours for durability and safety. With eco and dynamic modes, it adapts flexibly to requirements, from energy-saving, quieter continuous operation to powerful intensive cleaning.
