Application process
The application process at Elma consists of several steps. Our goal is to make the process transparent and to provide the applicant with quick feedback. You can submit your application directly online to us and will receive a confirmation of receipt by email immediately. After we have received your application, it will be reviewed by our HR department, and we will then inform you about possible next steps accordingly.
In principle, we advertise all open positions.
