On January 16, 2025, our new “Connect@Lunch” format took place for the first time - a monthly lunch that brought together up to ten employees from different departments and plants around a large table. The aim is to strengthen cross-departmental cohesion, build networks and facilitate personal encounters in a relaxed atmosphere. We want to continue to grow together and live our OneElma vision!
 
Warmly welcomed by our Managing Partner Mirja Schmidbauer and our Commercial Director Fabian Merk, the participants enjoyed the food sponsored by Elma - lovingly and deliciously prepared by our own chef Michael Hill and team. With Sabrina Rall from the HR department providing the impetus for discussion, a lively exchange ensued with exciting conversations and ideas for further collaboration. The positive feedback shows: This format has a future!
