Ultrasonic generators with multifrequency technology

The ultrasonic frequency can be changed during operation of the unit. This special feature allows the cleaning or rinsing with ultrasound of different products in one cleaning tank, depending on the type of contamination and on quality and condition of the cleaning items.

In addition, the individual regulation of the ultrasonic power is possible for both frequencies. Three different ultrasonic operating modes are available:

• standard operating mode
• Degas mode for the accelerated degassing of the liquid after an exchange of the cleaning liquid, thus optimizing the cavitation process in the cleaning or rinsing tank
• Sweep mode for the modulation of the selected operating frequency, to avoid standing waves and to optimize the transmission of the cavitation energy onto the cleaning items.

The generators can be controlled externally and are available either encased as table-top units operating between 200 and 4000 W, or as 19"-build-in unit to be mounted into a switch cabinet and operating at 2000 W or higher.
